At the 2010 Banksia Awards, Fuji Xerox Australia was announced as the winner of the ’Leading in Sustainability’ award, Australia’s most prestigious environmental awards.
Fuji Xerox Australia’s 2009 Sustainability Report was announced as the winner in the Consumer and Business Services sector at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Australia and New Zealand 2009 awards for sustainability reporting.

Sustainability Report Category Winner at the Australasian Reporting Awards – 2010We were honoured as the winner of the Sustainability Reporting category at the 60th annual Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA).
We were recognised for our continued commitment to environmental sustainability and particularly for our Eco Manufacturing Centre’s contribution to reducing carbon emissions and waste.
This award recognises organisations and people who have shown leadership, innovation and outstanding achievement in rising to the challenge of sustainability.
In addition to consuming less energy in each running mode, the Fuji Xerox ApeosPort–IV C3370 also uses less energy than the competitive average while in idle, energy–save and sleep modes, for a total projected energy consumption rate that’s less than half that of the competitive average.
Because of this outstanding performance, the ApeosPort–IV C3370 has been honoured with the 2010 ’Outstanding Achievement’ award for Energy Efficiency by Buyers Laboratory Inc. (BLI).
The award recognises FXA’s partnership with Energex to ensure the company achieves the maximum use of resources.
In 2009, Fuji Xerox was awarded the Director General’s prize for energy conservation in the 19th Energy Conservation Center Awards ceremony in Japan. With eleven consecutive awards, we remain the only company in the industry to have been awarded on such a consistent basis.
Fuji Xerox Australia was awarded one of the world ’s highest environmental honours – election to the UN 500 Roll of Honour, for environmental leadership achievements in Eco Manufacturing.
